2. Book your FREE home visit and measure
Our friendly Design Consultants will visit your home to understand your space, take precise measurements and then bring your vision to life with a tailormade 360° design. Visit us in-store or book a free design appointment today.
3. Order your dream bathroom
We’ll provide a no-obligation quote and if you decide to move forward and place your order, we can discuss the various flexible payment options available to best suit you.
4. Meet your installation team
If you’ve opted for our installation service^, you will be supported by our customer service team, who will guide you through the entire process. We’ll also carefully select an installer who will conduct a thorough technical home survey to ensure everything goes smoothly. If you prefer to use your own installer, we’re also happy to meet them to discuss plans.

5. Agree your delivery date
We’ll be in touch to arrange the delivery of your new bathroom.
6. Be prepared
Before our installers arrive, make space in your home to store your new bathroom products.
It's a good idea to consider a back up if you only have one toilet or shower in your home. Don't worry, we've got you covered with helpful tips and advice to make this process as smooth as possible.
7. Your bathroom transformation
Now for the exciting bit! We’ll carefully remove your old bathroom, disposing of it responsibly, and then begin installing your beautiful new one. Once your new bathroom is installed, we’ll be in touch to make sure you’re absolutely delighted with it.
