My Quooker tap is flashing red: what does it mean?
If your Quooker tap has a red flashing light, it’s usually a sign of the tank not heating up correctly, meaning it needs a reset. All you need to do is switch the tank off using the Q-shaped button, wait a couple of minutes and then turn it back on. If you find this hasn’t helped, contact Quooker for product support.
How to use a Quooker tap
There’s not much to it. Most variations require you to simply turn it on using the handle for either hot or cold water, and then when you want boiling water, press the Quooker button twice and then turn it on as usual. Please be cautious when using the boiling water function.
My Quooker tap isn't working: What do I do?
You'll need to check the following faults:
- Ensure the water supply/isolation valve is open
- Check the tap is turned on using the Q-shaped button
- If a red flashing light is showing, switch the tank off and back on.
If you’re still having issues, contact Quooker support as it may require a service.
How does a Quooker tap work?
Quooker taps use a small tank fitted under your worktop to instantly heat up water. The insulated tank stores water at boiling temperatures under pressure, which is then diverted to your tap when you opt for the boiling water function.
