To use a nail gun, all you need to do is slot the nails into the back of the gun, ensuring the heads face up. Press the side button on the lever and pull it upwards, and the lever should slide down until it secures the nails in place. Release the button, ensuring the nails are properly secured.
Rear-loading staple guns require you to push on the rod at the back of the gun. If bottom-loading and electric, unplug the gun and lock the trigger before pressing the release buttons at the back of the gun.
How you load a stapler gun will depend on whether it’s rear or bottom loading. For rear-loading guns, push on the rod at the back the gun and insert your staples before pushing the rod back in.

Unpleasant odours coming from your sink are usually caused by a build-up of food waste in the sink waste pipe. To remove odours and clean your sink’s waste pipe, start by pouring bicarbonate of soda down the drain, followed by vinegar. Allow the mixture to fizz while you boil the kettle. After roughly 10 minutes, pour the boiling water down the drain to flush out the sink.
To effectively clean your kitchen sink drain, start by cleaning the outside of the drain using a cloth and household disinfectant. For a deeper clean, you can turn off your water and disconnect your sink’s waste pipe, using a cloth to clean the underside of the drain.
To seal a kitchen sink to your countertop, first secure the sink in place and attach any taps or pipes. Then use a silicone sealant to run a bead of silicone along the back edge of the sink. Smooth down the sealant for a secure, watertight finish.
