Fitting fascia boards is simple and straightforward – all you need to do is remove any previous boards, measure and cut your fascia to the required size and secure them using nails or screws. You’ll need to ensure the boards are level and align with your gutters so they can be properly supported.

Do roofers replace fascia boards? 

Yes, it’s commonly undergone during roof work as fascia is attached to the edge of the roof, supporting the guttering and tiling. If it’s damaged, rotted or in need of an upgrade, they can remove and replace it.

Is black fascia more expensive than white?

Not necessarily as they’re both made from uPVC, so they generally cost around the same price.
